- What happens when my trial ends?
- You move to the Free plan automatically. Your API keys, documents, and settings stay exactly as they are — only the monthly limits change. No card is charged because none was collected.
- What counts as a document?
- Every invoice, receipt, quote, or credit note generated through the API, the dashboard, Zapier, or a bulk job counts once against your monthly total.
- Can I cancel anytime?
- Yes. Cancel from the billing page and your plan stays active until the end of the paid period, then drops to Free. You can also reactivate before the period ends.
